HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
Eligible equipment must be returned within 14 days after the event ends, by September 21, 2026, or within 14 days of purchase, whichever is later.
Equipment must be:
Cleaned as much as reasonably possible
Complete, with no missing components
In good working condition
Free from major damage
Unmodified
Eligible under the program
We understand that playa dust is inevitable. A basic wipe-down and shake-out are required before the equipment is returned.
Approved store credit will be issued within 7 to 10 business days after inspection and will remain valid for 12 months.
IMPORTANT PROGRAM TERMS
All Burning Man and playa-related equipment sales are final and non-refundable.
The Return and Credit Program is the only exception and provides store credit only.
No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Starsound reserves the right to refuse a return or reduce or deny credit for equipment that is excessively dirty, heavily damaged, incomplete, modified or otherwise ineligible.

Equipment should be cleaned as much as reasonably possible through a basic wipe-down and shake-out. Starsound understands that playa dust is inevitable. Excessively dirty equipment may be refused or receive reduced or denied credit.
Are returns eligible for a cash refund?
No. All sales are final and non-refundable. Approved returns through the Playa Return and Credit Program receive store credit only.
