The Impact
Through 30+ years of collaboration, Hot August Nights has grown into a nationally recognized celebration — and we’ve been proud to help power its evolution. What began as a simple sound setup is now a multi-venue, layered technology production backed by a deep relationship built on trust, flexibility, and creative momentum. This is what it looks like when production meets partnership — and when great events are built to last.

The Project
Our partnership with Caesars Entertainment and The Row extends far beyond festivals and outdoor events. At Brew Brothers, we had the opportunity to serve as a true turnkey provider, helping them identify, source, and deliver a high-performance video wall system that would integrate seamlessly into their entertainment programming.
We worked closely with their team to select a premium Absen Acclaim video wall solution that delivers the resolution, brightness, and dynamic range necessary for both daytime restaurant environments and vibrant nighttime visuals. From product strategy to long-term usability, every element was chosen with purpose.
And just as important as what we installed was what we left behind: a full set of matching spare modules and critical system components — all from the same manufacturing batch. This proactive step ensures any future pixel failure can be resolved without a full replacement or color mismatch, protecting both the visual quality and long-term value of their investment.
For us, it’s never just about what looks good on day one. It’s about building systems that last — and helping our clients plan ahead so their technology works for them long after we walk out the door.

Client Collaboration
Working with large organizations like Caesars Entertainment means understanding that great projects take more than just technical knowledge — they take patience, coordination, and trust. At Brew Brothers, that trust was built through a clear and steady collaboration with our direct contact on-property, who worked closely with us to refine the scope, gather internal approvals, and navigate the layers of communication required to move a project forward inside a 24/7 operation.
From the start, our role was to support — not just with product expertise, but with realistic planning, transparency on deliverables, and the flexibility to meet them where they were in their process. We helped spec the right solution, answered every follow-up, and remained engaged during the internal approval process—not pushing, just showing up, ready to go when they were.
Once the system was delivered, we worked around the clock — literally. Casinos never close, and we were careful to minimize disruption to Brew Brothers’ daily operations by working during off-peak hours and coordinating closely with their leadership to find windows of time that made sense for their team. When it came time to hand things off, we didn’t just walk away — we made sure their staff had the tools, confidence, and support to run the system successfully from day one.
Because that’s what partnership looks like at Starsound: we meet you where you are, we work around your needs, and we build solutions that don’t just fit your space — they fit your operation.
"Starsound brings the energy, the experience, and the partnership we trust.”
