The AT822 stereo condenser x/y microphone is perfect for recording podcasts and lectures. This stereo condenser is also good for sound effects gathering in the field. The AT-822microphone connects with unbalanced outputs which are found on most audio and video recorders or mixers. Audio Technica has included a low frequency roll off on the 822 to cut out background noise like wind or just handling.
